I am currently heading up Advance Realty Experts Canton's Office First Time Homebuyer Division. - ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative®) is the largest association of real estate professional focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. With over 40,000 members, REBAC is the largest association of real estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. Over 30,000 ABR® designees have completed the REBAC course, passed the test and provided documentation of buyer agency experience.
- AHWD (At Home With Diversity® ) is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. More importantly, teaches REALTORS® how to work effectively with — and within — a rapidly changing multicultural market.
- CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert® ) is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.
- GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute®) members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice. Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR® Institute program and earn the GRI designation. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
- SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource®) The SFR certification program is offered by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of NAR. The program includes training on how to manage short-sale, foreclosure, and real-estate owned transactions, and provides resources to help Realtors® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.
- WHC (Workforce Housing Certified®) offers training to members who want to learn more about financing options for first-time homebuyers and critical workforce employees (police, firefighters, teachers, medical staff) as well as programs targeted for special populations, such as disabled persons and aging citizens.
